## How to Start an Eviction

**Option 1: Online intake (fastest)**
Submit the eviction intake form at flaevictions.com/eviction-information-form. Provide the tenant names, property address, lease details, and the reason for eviction. An attorney reviews your submission and contacts you to confirm next steps.

## What Happens After You Contact Us

1. **Attorney review.** We review your lease, ledger, and the facts of the case.
2. **Contact.** We confirm the eviction type, the required notice, and the flat fee.
3. **Notice.** We prepare and serve the legally required notice on the tenant.
4. **Filing.** After the notice period expires, we file the eviction complaint and carry the case through to the Writ of Possession.
